Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communication/Marketing

Required Experience

03 years of relevant experience preferably in the humanitarian sector

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Develop overall strategies for alumni relations.
  2. Develop and maintain an Alumni network (events, newsletter, activities, and outreach)
  3. Develop and maintain Alumni Database, Alumni Network, and an online Alumni Community
  4. Maintain and update alumni records.
  5. Plan and actively support all the alumni-related events
  6. Develop alumni activities at the regional and head office levels.
  7. Communicate with alumni, service providers, and the public for the delivery of alumni programs and activities.
  8. Identify and recruit alumni for volunteering.
  9. Prepare annual/quarterly work plans and reports.
