Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Manage daily office operations and regularly coordinate with Head Office, Department of Education Team for official tasks.
- Assist in the maintenance of various computerized databases of staff information.
- Provide administrative support to the CTC staff.
- Process bills, foundation fund, staff welfare forms to the head office and maintain overall financial records of CTC.
- Responsible for accounting procedures in the CTC.
- Update and maintain the CTCs financial records, rental agreements, utility bills, fleet management.
- Store management and provision of required stationery to concerned schools.
