Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Manage daily office operations and regularly coordinate with Head Office, Department of Education Team for official tasks.
  2. Assist in the maintenance of various computerized databases of staff information.
  3.  Provide administrative support to the CTC staff.
  4. Process bills, foundation fund, staff welfare forms to the head office and maintain overall financial records of CTC.
  5. Responsible for accounting procedures in the CTC.
  6. Update and maintain the CTCs financial records, rental agreements, utility bills, fleet management.
  7. Store management and provision of required stationery to concerned schools.
